- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-07-06, by Abigail SanthoshFirst of all let me say the store owner is a very nice lady.. but the employee working there is not. I bought my graduation dress there in 2014. No problems. Go back in 2016 to buy my wedding dress and I am absolutely disgusted at the excuse of customer service I received. The lady who "served" me was outrageously rude. She pushed my mom away from the dresses because she "wasn't allowed to touch the zipper" and told me I was too big for a certain style dress. My experience was so terrible I wouldn't go to another bridal store and ended up buying my wedding dress online..
